Diplomová práce se zabývá marketingovou strategií společnosti prodávající knihy. Teoretická část poskytuje teoretické východiska týkající se marketingové strategie. Na základě analytické části analyzující aktuální marketingovou strategii společnosti jsou vypracovány návrhy na její zlepšení.Diploma thesis deals with the marketing strategy of a book selling company. Theoretical part provides theoretical background on marketing strategy. Based on analytical part analysing current marketing strategy of the company are developed proposals for its improvement.

Microdialysis as a tool for antibiotic assessment in patients with diabetic foot: a review

Diabetic foot is a serious late complication frequently caused by infection and ischaemia. Both require prompt and aggressive treatment to avoid lower limb amputation. The effectiveness of peripheral arterial disease therapy can be easily verified using triplex ultrasound, ankle-brachial/toe-brachial index examination, or transcutaneous oxygen pressure. However, the success of infection treatment is difficult to establish in patients with diabetic foot. Intravenous systemic antibiotics are recommended for the treatment of infectious complications in patients with moderate or serious stages of infection. Antibiotic therapy should be initiated promptly and aggressively to achieve sufficient serum and peripheral antibiotic concentrations. Antibiotic serum levels are easily evaluated by pharmacokinetic assessment. However, antibiotic concentrations in peripheral tissues, especially in diabetic foot, are not routinely detectable. This review describes microdialysis techniques that have shown promise in determining antibiotic levels in the surroundings of diabetic foot lesions

The Comparison of the Formation of the Modern State in France and England

Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá komparací formování moderního státu ve Francii a Anglii. První část práce je teoretická a jejím úkolem je charakterizovat moderní stát a jeho vývoj. V této části je použita především teorie Barryho Buzana a Richarda Littlea týkající se sektorů analýzy, která byla důležitou pro vymezení zkoumaných sektorů pro praktickou část této práce. V praktické části je přiblížen vývoj francouzského a anglické moderního státu v kontextu environmentálních faktorů a v kontextu stoleté války, jež měly při vývoji těchto dvou států také svůj podíl, protože ovlivnily následné směřování obou států. Nedílnou součástí praktické části předložené práce jsou kapitoly věnující se vládnutí, ekonomice a vývoji jednotlivých komparovaných států tedy Francie a Anglie. Samotným cílem práce je komparace vzniku moderního státu ve Francii a Anglii.ObhájenoThis presented bachelor thesis focuses on the comparison of the formation of the modern state in France and England. The first part of the thesis is theoretical, and its main purpose is the characteristic of modern state and its development. In this part of the work is used Barry Buzan and Richard Little's theory, which is related to analysis of sectors. This theory is important for definition of focused sectors, which are described in practical part of this work. In practical section of this work is approached development of French and English modern state in context of environmental factors and in context of Hundred Years' War which has their own participation on development of these states because they influenced the course of both states. Chapters in practical part are focusing on governance, economy and development of both states France and England. The main goal of this thesis is the comparison of the formation of the modern state in France and England

Nationalism, National Identity and Ethnic Conflict - the Comparison of Rwanda and the Republic of South Africa

V této diplomové práci jsem se zabývala komparací etnických konfliktů ve Rwandě a Jihoafrické republice. V první části jsem se zaměřila na teorii, skrze kterou jsem se snažila charakterizovat nacionalismus, stát, etnicitu a etnický konflikt. Využila jsem díla několika teoretiků, aby práce nebyla postavena na jedné teorii. V praktické části jsem se soustředila nejprve na africký kontext a následně na historický vývoj Rwandy a Jihoafrické republiky, přičemž jsem se snažila zkoumat jednotlivé faktory z teoretické části v praktických případech. Samotným cílem mé práce je poukázat na základě odlišností etnických konfliktů na rozdíly v příčinách jejich vypuknutí, skrze teorie nacionalismu, etnicity a identity.ObhájenoMy diploma thesis emphasizes the comparison of ethnic conflicts in Rwanda and South Africa. In the first part of my work I focused on the theory where I tried to describe nationalism, state, ethnicity and ethnic conflict and characterized them. I used several theories of nationalism, so this work is not based on one theory. In the practical part of my work I focused on the African context first and after that I focused on the historical development of Rwanda and South Africa. I tried to examine each factor from theoretical part in practical cases. The main objective of the work was to point out the differences in ethnic conflicts through the theories of nationalism, ethnicity and identity
